FLOATING LABOURER – NORTH WEST
Location: North West – mobile role
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Van: Company van provided
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Floating Labourer to join a busy construction and maintenance team covering projects across the North West.
This is a mobile, varied role suited to someone who is flexible, practical and happy to travel to different sites as required. A company van will be provided, with the successful candidate expected to drive to various locations for adhoc works.
Key responsibilities:
- General labouring and site support
- Clearing rubbish, waste and materials from properties and sites
- Loading and unloading materials
- Collecting orders and materials from suppliers
- Delivering materials to sites and properties
- Assisting trades and site teams where required
- Keeping sites clean, tidy and safe
- Carrying out general maintenance and ad-hoc tasks
- Travelling to different locations across the North West
Requirements:
- Previous labouring or construction experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident driving a company van across the North West
- Willing to travel and work at different locations on an ad-hoc basis
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- CSCS card would be advantageous
